Training and Skills Development
Training is delivered in the most effective venue possible, while providing a choice for the client: classroom based, web-delivered or a combination of both. Where appropriate or requested, Cradlefin Consultants can develop post course testing and certification support.
We strongly believe in reinforced learning – that’s why we use case studies where possible. We design case studies to drive role play sessions intended to allow participants to practice what they are learning. We offer mentoring services for individualised training if needed or preferred.
IELTS-OET ACADEMY
Our Academy IELTS-OET preparation classes are carefully designed and developed, using best-practice standards in face-to-face, online teaching and test preparation. We focus on all the main language skills and exam techniques you will need to give you the best possible chance of getting the score you require.
IELTS (International English Language Testing Service) and OET (Occupational English Test) are an internationally recognised examinations, which are entry requirement recognised by government departments, immigration authorities and universities in the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. IELTS - International English Language Testing System
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) measures the language proficiency of people who want to study or work where English is used as a language of communication accepted for migration to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, education and training providers, professional registration bodies and employers all over the world. It uses a nine-band scale to clearly identify levels of proficiency, from non-user (band score 1) through to expert (band score 9).
Occupational English Test
OET is an international English language test that assesses the language communication skills of healthcare professionals who seek to register and practise in an English-speaking environment.Whether you’re taking IELTS or OET for further study, immigration, professional registration or to get a better job, our accredited Tutors are here to help you.

3. In a private room you will take part in two role-plays. You take your professional role (as a healthcare professional) while the interlocutor plays a patient or client, or sometimes a relative or carer.
